What we’re looking for

As a Project Manager, you hold a pivotal role within the organization, serving as the driving organizational force to fulfill customer requirements within set timeframes and budgets. You maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders involved in the project, ensuring clarity throughout. Throughout the project, you monitor its progress closely. Ultimately, your aim as a Project Manager is to deliver projects of top-notch quality on time, aligning with the budget and surpassing customer expectations. You report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

A selection of your tasks:

From the signed contract to completion, you are overall responsible for the entire process, including but not limited to:

• Creating and maintaining a project plan and schedule of implementation tasks.
• Identifying and reporting deviations during project execution and, if necessary, initiating corrective actions.
• Verifying whether project execution aligns with technical drawings and customer specifications.
• Ensuring that the tasks of project team members are carried out according to planned hours and quality.
• You are responsible for project delivery and handling at the customer’s end.
• You oversee the post-calculation and evaluation of a project, both in technical and procedural terms.
