What we’re looking for

• Proficiency in spatial understanding and the ability to read technical drawings.
• Metal education at least at level 3, supplemented with NIL certificates for MIG/MAG welding, preferably at level 4 or currently undergoing training for it. (Stainless Steel/Aluminum/Steel)
• A well-organized, precise, and structured work attitude.
• A high level of independence.
• The ability to balance quality with quantity.
• Verbal and written proficiency in Dutch or English/German language.

• Starting salary based on knowledge and experience following the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) for Small Metalworking Companies.
